Connecticut Lyric Opera
In recognition of Connecticut Lyric Opera’s and CT Virtuosi’s 16 years of providing the state with the highest level of opera, and in particular with their National Endowment for the Art’s ArtWorks award to present “The Emperor of Atlantis” and related programming, the General Assembly commends CLO for its innovative program of music, the visual arts and personal narrative to provide Holocaust and genocide education and awareness to students and the people of Connecticut.
